Are 'ya ready for a road-trip?

Hello fam. So all of us will be making our way to Loggerhead tomorrow morning. I'm excited, you're excited, we're all excited but don't get stressed. Try to enjoy the ride. I remember driving down to OBX back in '05 &'06. It's a great drive but it is kinda long. There's no rush. We'll all have a whole week at this place together. It's gonna be great!

I just called Midgett Reality and spoke with Megan. Check-in on Sunday is 3-5 PM. I will pick up the keys (ETA 3 PM). If you make it to Frisco before I have the keys to the place then we can meet at the Quarterdeck Restaurant or Frisco Sandwich Co.

The closest big grocery store is a Food Lion in Avon, which is about 20 min north of Frisco. Some of you will drive by it on your way in. We will definitely make several store-runs so don't feel you need to shop for the whole week on the first day. We'll all take turns.

Good news! We will not need to pay for pool heat. Megan says that the temperature will be warmer during our week and we won't need it.
